The Drivers hold a driving licence, a Taxi driver's certificate of professional competence, a valid professional card and drive a vehicle that complies with the regulations in force, carrying out passenger transport services, on their own account and under their own responsibility, during their hours of service. The ‘Order’ means the purchase and reservation of the Fare made by the User via the Application carried out by the Customer on the btaxi.eu Website or via the B TAXI mobile Application.
